The South Fraser Refugee Readiness Team is excited to host two upcoming events for Ukrainian newcomers.

Emergency first aid training with Ukrainian language support: March 28

The South Fraser Refugee Readiness Team will be offering emergency first aid training to Ukrainian newcomers (CUAET visa holders) on March 28, 9:30 am to 4 pm at DIVERSEcity Surrey Community Campus (13455 76 Avenue, Surrey, BC).

This course will teach you basic first aid and CPR skills and you will receive a certificate upon completion.
Refreshments, lunch and bus tickets will be provided. Ukrainian language interpretation will be available.

Ukrainian Easter celebration: March 29

Come join the South Fraser Refugee Readiness Team and other Ukrainian newcomers for a Ukrainian Easter celebration on March 29, 5–8 pm, with a community kitchen making Paska bread.

Dinner and bus tickets will be provided. Ukrainian language interpretation will be available.

This event is for newcomer Ukrainians (CUAET visa holders). Children welcome!
