Knowledge & Collaboration
SF-RRT core members highlighted the need to better coordinate the services that agencies provide newcomers in the South Fraser Region.
Additionally, SF-RRT core members indicated the need for updated and timely information on refugee arrivals and available services/programs.
Information sharing and collaboration among stakeholders and community members in the South Fraser Region would allow for better coordination and aid with more welcoming and proficient supports for the successful integration of newcomers.

We will be holding bi-monthly convening table meetings where stakeholders come together to share and collaborate to create better systems of referral and collaboration among stakeholders in the South Fraser Region to build capacity in delivering services to newcomers.
We will also be collecting data on arrival trends to better collaborate and coordinate among the SF-RRT service providers, inform regional actions and inform provincial actions through collaboration with PRRN and shared data collection framework.
In addition to sharing information via our website and e-newsletters, we will also be hosting community knowledge events and forums
Finally, an advisory group with members of the South Fraser Region community who have lived experience will help us provide further insight into some of the collaboration and referral systems put in place.
