DIVERSEcity is an experienced community connector and convener. In addition to offering free programs and services to people in our communities directly, we also provide services and create networks to other service providers, community partners and stakeholders.
DIVERSEcity’s B.U.I.L.D.S. (BIPOC Unified Inclusive Leading Organization Development for South Fraser) Project, we are supporting grassroots BIPOC organizations to help grow their services and impact in the community by accessing Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) federal funding.
Through DIVERSEcity’s C.A.R.E. for Migrant Workers program, we collaborate with local community partner organizations in Abbotsford, Chilliwack, Delta, Langley, Richmond, Surrey, White Rock and other regions of BC to support, empower and foster a sense of community among migrant workers.

The South Fraser and Cariboo North Refugee Readiness Teams (RRT) support the capacity building and enhancement of services and supports for all settlement serving agencies, community organizations and other stakeholders in the arrival, settlement and integration of newcomer refugees and displaced Ukrainians.
DIVERSEcity is the convenor of the Surrey Local Immigration Partnership (LIP). The Surrey LIP is a community partnership bringing diverse voices together to build an equitable and inclusive city where all immigrants, refugees and citizens thrive. Through dialogue and research, Surrey LIP’s 30+ members collaborate on innovative and community-driven strategies to meet the changing needs of the fastest-growing cities in BC.
