Kickstart your career with this free, six-week program! Develop your jobs skills and confidence

Future Leaders is a free, innovative youth employment program that will set you up for career success. The program will help you:

Explore different career options
Improve your job search skills, including resumé writing and interview preparation
Learn about workplace readiness, financial literacy, wellness and mindfulness
Access one-on-one coaching and mentoring, including with industry professionals
Connect to further training and short-term certifications
Get job placement support after the program

Plus, earn a living allowance and completion bonuses!

Eligibility

Permanent residents, Canadian citizens and protected persons aged 15–30
Not currently employed or enrolled in high school or post-secondary studies

We are now accepting applications for our next session starting May 5, 2025. The program will be offered two days in person at DIVERSEcity West Campus (Unit 201, 7485 – 130 Street, Surrey, BC), plus eight hours online weekly.
