Positive Spaces Training: A snapshot of the workshop put on by DIVERSEcity’s LGBTQ+ Support Workers
Over the past few months, DIVERSEcity’s LGBTQ+ Support team held multiple staff workshops to answer and facilitate conversations surrounding gender, sexuality and safe spaces.
The Positive Spaces Training workshop was a safe space to foster LGBTQI+ inclusivity in the workplace. These mandatory sessions reflected our company’s commitment to providing essential knowledge and skills to ensure affirming support to individuals of all sexual orientations and gender identities.
