Our Self-Care and Family Support in Times of Trauma Workshop will help you understand trauma, common reactions to trauma, and how it affects individuals and families.
Learn about self-care, mindfulness exercises, relaxation techniques, setting boundaries and effective communication skills. Develop personalized self-care plans so you can create a supportive family environment. Plus, engage in empowering discussions and build a supportive community network.

Who’s eligible?
Refugee claimants, government or privately sponsored refugees, protected persons, CUAET visa holders and individuals arriving through other humanitarian pathways, including designated groups from Palestine, Sudan, Colombia, Haiti and Venezuela.
