Course outcomes:
- Understanding of food safety and worker safety information, including:
- Foodborne illness
- Receiving and storing food
- Preparing food
- Serving food
- Cleaning and sanitizing
Participants will be provided a workbook and a FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate upon completion.
