Better Health One Step at a Time with FoodFit!

Are you a Punjabi speaking senior looking to eat healthier, move more and make new friends? Join the FoodFit program and make a four-week commitment to becoming a healthier you. You will:

• Improve your cooking skills
• Learn new recipes
• Join in a 30-minute exercise class each week

Fridays, 10 am – 12 pm
February 19, 26 and March 5, 12, 19, 26, 2021

Who’s eligible?
• Low-income seniors of any immigration status
• Punjabi speakers
