Mental health is essential for our overall wellbeing and quality of life, but you may have limited access to counselling services. DIVERSEcity now offers free, 50-minute drop-in clinical counselling sessions to help migrant workers and temporary foreign workers build emotional
wellness. No registration is required.
Language support in English, Spanish and Punjabi is available. Bus tickets will be provided.
